The Annual Report

The annual report represents a major step to develop the training process and improve program outcomes in training centers by applying processes aimed at looking at performance indicators, exploring weaknesses and strengths, and building improvement plans to raise the quality of training.

The importance of the annual report lies in ensuring that the Institutional Training Committee at the center are given sufficient time to consider the performance of their training programs to build improvement plans. This activity will also ensure that the center fulfills one of the requirements of the accreditation standards, which stipulates that the institutional training committee must submit an annual report in accordance with the approved template for the annual report from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.

The standard as it is in the accreditation standards:

C.15. The ITC submits Training Programs Annual Report to the SCFHS. The Report includes evaluation of the Training Programs’ Supervision Requirements, and Performance as per the SCFHS ITC Annual Reports Template. (ETR0) **

Upon successful login, you will have access to detailed information about your center’s trainee performance, including:

Performance of your training site
Geographical distribution of trainees across sites and sectors
Trainees status overview
Pass rates for written exams
Pass rates for clinical exams
Pass rates for the first part exam
Pass rates for the end of year exam

This access will allow you to thoroughly review and monitor Training Quality indicators relevant to your training center.
